Suzette is great! She kept us updated, looked at other properties with us, gave us feedback on everything she knew would be important to us and guided us completely through the process. Suzettte handle listing, styling and selling our house even though we were not in town. She was willing to engage contractors and see to any issues that arose. She even managed to find a plumber to replace a hot water heater the day before closing! She made the process easy and because she was an excellent negotiator we ended up with a price everyone was happy with. Good experience all around even in a poor seller's market.
